Liquidity Corporate Fund
Daily Liquidity
The Liquidity Corporate Fund provides you with safety of principal, daily liquidity, and the highest possible rate of return. This fund seeks to maintain a net asset value of 50 cents, and its dollar-weighted average maturity is 120 days or fewer.

Authorized Investments
The Liquidity Corporate Fund may invest in all securities authorized under the Investment Act. However, it is the Board's policy to have these additional restrictions:
- The Liquidity Corporate Fund shall not invest its assets in any one nongovernmental issuer in an amount that exceeds 5 percent of the total fund assets at cost.
- If an A-1 or P-1 investment is placed on the watch list with negative implications by a rating agency, the investment manager must sell the investment within one week.
